For the agriculture & natural resources segment of Portland Business Journal’s How Oregon Works series, Stoel Rives natural resource attorneys Kirk Maag and Hayley Siltanen authored an article titled “Deeply Rooted in Oregon: Our Agribusiness and Natural Resource Industries,” published October 12, 2018. In the article, Maag and Siltanen discuss the importance of Oregon’s agriculture and natural resource industries to the state and look at several of the unique legal issues faced by these industries.
