James Dale and Christopher Heuer of Stoel Rives Receive ILO 2014 Client Choice Award

Dale, the sole award recipient in Idaho, is recognized for Labor & Employment Law. Heuer received recognition for Corporate Tax in Oregon.

Heuer, a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, is a partner and former chair of the firm's Tax section. His practice encompasses a wide variety of federal income tax issues including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions; transactions involving partnerships, S corporations, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities; tax aspects of executive compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and other equity awards; the development, acquisition, financing and sale and syndication of tax credit projects; and tax controversy matters.
