Ms. Prado is the Enterprise Risk Management Manager for Diebold, Incorporated. Lisa’s primary responsibilities are to oversee and manage a range of different ERM projects and ensure those project activities are aligned with the broader objectives of ERM including, corporate vision, mission, and strategy. Diebold began their global ERM initiative in June 2006 and continues to integrate ERM processes and procedures throughout their operations. Lisa currently works within the Corporate Development & Finance group and also leads the risk management due diligence activities for all corporate acquisitions and divestitures.

Lisa joined Diebold in March 2003 and has held several positions, each of increasing responsibility, within the Corporate Insurance/Risk Management department. Prior to joining Diebold, she worked at Nationwide Insurance Company, Canton, Ohio in Commercial Underwriting. Lisa holds an AS degree and a BBA degree in Finance from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She is also a Risk & Insurance Management Society deputy member and serves as a Board Director for the Northeast Ohio RIMS chapter.
