Pacific Northwest law firm ramps up Energy Development practice on East Coast
WASHINGTON — Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Jessica Bayles has joined the firm in the Energy Development group in the Washington, D.C. office. Bayles focuses her law practice on energy regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. She has significant experience in complex litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Bayles brings deep knowledge of environmental and energy issues to her practice. During her time at The George Washington University Law School, she was a law clerk in the Environment & Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Practices and International Studies from Miami University.
