Proterra Investment Partners Provides Financing for AUA Private Equity Partners LLC’s Acquisition of Weaver Holdings, LLC

Stoel Rives is pleased to have represented Proterra Investment Partners in providing for its part in AUA Private Equity Partners LLC’s recent acquisition of Weaver Holdings, LLC, a fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer of popcorn and snacking products.

Proterra Investment Partners, which provided debt financing for the deal, is an alternative investment manager focused on private equity investments in the natural resource sectors of agriculture, food, and metals and mining.
