Oil & Gas Natural Resources Staff Attorney
Stoel Rives LLP seeks a non-partnership staff attorney with 3-5 years of prior specialized legal experience to join its growing Oil, Gas and Mining Practice within its Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources Practice Group. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience drafting complex oil and gas title opinions, as well as experience with mineral title examination and real property transactions. The Seattle office of Stoel Rives LLP seeks a patent prosecution and litigation associate attorney with at least two years of relevant experience to join its Technology and Intellectual Property (TIP) group in the Seattle office. The Stoel Rives TIP practice is a multidisciplinary group that includes talented professionals with experience in business, litigation, and technical matters. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences or chemistry background and 2 to 4 years of experience in life sciences patent prosecution and complex patent litigation. An undergraduate degree in molecular biology, biophysics, biochemistry, chemistry, or another life sciences discipline is required.
