ExperienceAnne Glazer is a partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property group. She handles all aspects of trademark, copyright and trade secret matters including asset development, risk management, protection strategies, registration, maintenance and conflicts. Anne handles all forms of intellectual property licensing including trademarks, software and patents, and is well versed in entertainment law.
Anne regularly advises on advertising compliance, labeling, contracts, licenses, franchising and other sales and trade regulation issues.
Anne applies her experience in the resolution of intellectual property and advertising disputes, including trademark and copyright infringements, domain name arbitrations under the UDRP, and advertising self-regulation, all in coordination with the firm's trial attorneys.
Anne provides counsel to start-up and emerging companies on initial intellectual property issues, strategies and the assembly of appropriate teams to meet all client needs.
